The record label says:
The legendary tabla maestro and teacher, Pandit Taranath, leads his two young stars, Sadanand Naimpalli and Mohan Ballvally, in a 45 minute tabla duet in front of a wildly enthusiastic audience at the Trinity Club in Bombay 1967. Pandit Taranath is not represented on record before. Here he plays the harmonium, from time to time erupting in fantastic recitations that is then played by the two tabla players. The piece is in Trital (teental), the most common rhythmic cycle in Hindustani music and you will be sure to join the wholehearted response from the audience.

Please note!
Most CDs have been imported from Europe or Asia. They are not all shrink-wrapped, and I am not going to con you by wrapping them here just to make you think they have been sterilized in America. We guarantee that the CDs and the contents are all brand new and in perfect condition. Whenever I can, I use recycled shipping materials. They may not look as pretty on the outside, but they save money and keep the trash dumps a little bit emptier.
