Is your credit card secure?

Credit Card Services

If you choose to pay by credit card, your CC information will be taken on a secure server at Authorize.net, one of the industry leaders. After you fill out your address, you will be transferred to a second form on their server to complete the credit card information. Please make sure you follow through on this second step to avoid delays. You will need the CVV number on your card, if one is there. Please read this if you do not understand what a 'card code' is.

The default US mailing service I offer, Media Mail is slow. It is taking 5-10 days (sometimes longer) to get from my office in Connecticut to western US locations. I suggest using Priority Mail to speed your package's delivery time, especially if you are ordering more than one CD. It's only an extra 2.50, but it will usually get there a lot faster. If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, you must use Express Mail. These options are available when you check out.

If you use spam filters, make sure you UNBLOCK to receive mail from cdroots.com and futuris.net. This may be called a "white list" or "safe list" or some other name in your specific e-mail program.

INSURANCE
If you plan to ship to a third party or an address other than your billing address, I STRONGLY advise that you add insurance. If you do not, it may slow down your order while I discuss it with you via e-mail.
