More recordings made by Alan Lomax during his 1952-53 trips to Spain. In Ibiza's densely wooded hills and the isolated cliffs of Formentera, Alan Lomax recorded ancient flute and drum melodies and meditative or satirical songs punctuated by glottal trills. As far as I know, these are the only field recordings ever made in these islands.
