Please note!
Most of our CDs have been imported from Europe or Asia. They are not all shrink-wrapped, and I am not going to con you by wrapping them here just to make you think they have been sterilized in America. I guarantee that the CDs and the contents are all brand new and in perfect condition. Whenever I can, I use recycled shipping materials. They may not look as pretty on the outside, but they save money and keep the trash dumps a little bit emptier.
Thanks- Cliff, cdRoots

The music of the Nyckelharpa
How do you say that!? Let Väsen's Olov Johansson tell you.
While this unique instrument was born in Sweden, it has taken up residence all over Europe, and these days has even infiltrated North America. Here are some CDs in our catalog that feature the keyed-fiddle called nyckelharpa. Many have sound samples to give you a good idea of the many wonderful ways this instrument can be used in both traditional and modern settings.

You can also see other music from Scandinavia and the rest of the world.
