More info from the artist:
The CD is released on the KKV, and the result is a beautiful musical journey to the cathedrals and villages in Europe - a journey Solfrid also conducted during the recording. Produced by Erik Hillestad.
Solfrid Molland grew up with European classical music, Russian folk and gypsy music. She has selected a collection of gypsy music and gypsy poetry as she sings framed by their own compositions. These compositions are instrumental pieces written to various cathedrals in Europe. In addition, Ingvar Hovland written texts with themes of homelessness, living life and hope to the tunes of Molland.
Roma music can be called Europe's blues in the sense of an oppressed people's voice.

Please note!
Most CDs have been
imported from Europe or Asia.
They are not all
shrink-wrapped, and I am not
going to con you by wrapping them
here just to make you think they
have been sterilized in America.
We guarantee that the CDs and the
contents are all brand new and in
perfect condition. Whenever I
can, I use recycled shipping
materials. They may not look as
pretty on the outside, but they save
money and keep the trash dumps a
little bit emptier.
