Kari Bremnes and Rikard WolffDesemberbarn (Kirkelig Kulturverksted) December's Children' offers a glitter free, unvarnished and poetic Christmas recording by the Norwegian singer and the Swedish singer/actor in a mix of old and new Christmas and winter songs. In addition to well known Norwegian and Swedish Christmas songs, Kari and Rikard have created some new material that will add to our Christmas and winter tradition, for a Christmas based on tradition but living in a new millennium. Their work with the album expresses a collective longing for unity in our present world of insecurity.
