“In O'Riley's hands, the [music] has the feeling of a musical merger, in which an accomplished classical pianist's refined touch and musicality add sophistication to pop music, even if it already strains to move beyond pop simplicity. The worlds collide in interesting ways.”
- The Los Angeles Times
"Pianist Christopher O’Riley’s second set devoted to Radiohead, Hold Me To This contains explosive, rhythmically aggressive renditions of 'There There,' 'Gagging Order,' 'Paranoid Android' and 'Polyethylene Part II.' O’Riley structures his solo work to fully represent the group’s sound, sometimes increasing the volume and energy when musically duplicating particular guitar parts or emphasizing a hook, break or special riff. This could be deemed a classical work in the sense that he has broken down the songs and is faithfully shifting them to piano, but there’s also plenty of jazz influence in the way he sometimes shifts the harmonic or rhythmic emphasis within the songs during his interpretations. O’Riley’s shimmering, occasionally rampaging versions are articulated with such precision and fury that he truly makes the keyboard sound like a complete band rather than one instrument. Fans may go rushing back to the original versions of 'Talk Show Host' and 'Paranoid Android' after hearing O’Riley’s flourishes, time shifts and other keyboard maneuvers that make Hold Me To This a pianistic triumph." - Nashville City Paper |

Please note!
Most CDs have been
imported from Europe or Asia.
They are not all
shrink-wrapped, and I am not
going to con you by wrapping them
here just to make you think they
have been sterilized in America.
We guarantee that the CDs and the
contents are all brand new and in
perfect condition. Whenever I
can, I use recycled shipping
materials. They may not look as
pretty on the outside, but they save
money and keep the trash dumps a
little bit emptier.
