Their official press release:
First released in 1987 (limited edition, vinyl only), Cocktail d’Amour was the debut recording by Les Primitifs du Futur. For all those who discovered Les Primitifs du Futur by listening to World Musette, Cocktail d’Amour is an essential recording. This record charts the birth of Les Primitifs du Futur’s unique style: a mix between Blues and Musette. This first opus by Les Primitifs du Futur is followed by several recordings from Bluestory and The New Blue 4, two groups founded by Dominique Cravic and Didier Roussin, along with Yves Torchinsky, Dominique Pifarely and Olivier Blavet. This is one of the first recordings by the founding members of Les Primitifs du Futur, Dominique Cravic and Didier Roussin. The distinctive style of these musicians, and the musical camaraderie between them, are already clear on this recording, and offer an early glimpse of further developements with Les Primitifs du Futur.

Please note!
Most CDs have been
imported from Europe or Asia.
They are not all
shrink-wrapped, and I am not
going to con you by wrapping them
here just to make you think they
have been sterilized in America.
We guarantee that the CDs and the
contents are all brand new and in
perfect condition. Whenever I
can, I use recycled shipping
materials. They may not look as
pretty on the outside, but they save
money and keep the trash dumps a
little bit emptier.
