The 2002 release from this most famous Basque band is a folkier affair than their previous release, Ura, but in taking a less progressive road thay may also bring back the real essence of the music in this much more folk-oriented set of tracks produced by the band and Eliseo Parra. Guests include the usual suspects: Parra, Kepa Junkera and Michel Bordeleau (La Bottine Souriente) head the list.

Okarina, guitars, bass, flute, mandolin and bouzouki, uilean pipes, gaita, violin and trumpet are some of the musical instruments that create this rich sonic texture. Most of the songs don't last more than two and a half minutes, adding to a fast-moving, festive sound that lifts your spirits up. There are parallels to be found to both Kepa Junkera's and La Bottine Souriente's sound, as well as the more mainstream of Irish bands or Beausoleil.
