Basque accordionist Joxan Goikoetxea and Irish multi-instrumentalist Alan Griffin (whistle, gaita, alboka, flutes) are Alboka. On this 2004 release they present instrumentals and songs, some based on old traditions and some originals, all acoustic and decidely contemporary.
