Please allow a few days for any response to your message. This is a one man show, so when that man is gone, there's nobody here. Please wait a few days before calling your credit card company about a charge or any other problems. (Credit card charge-backs cost me an immense amount of money that does not get refunded when you settle. That will raise everyone's costs!) I really appreciate your patience. - Cliff Furnald
Contacting cdRoots
Please pardon me for dragging you to this page just to get our contact info.
Because of the huge proliferation of spam on the web, I am forced to change the e-mail address regularly to try and keep one step ahead of the spammers, and this is the only practical way to do it.
So, if you would like to place an order, get on our mailing list, submit a customer review, ask a question or generally communicate with the one and only human at cdRoots, please use this e-mail address:

Do not save it in your address book or add it to your mailing lists (or spam-directories), as I plan to change it monthly. When I reply, I will reply with a long-term address which you can use forever.
If you have spam filters on your incoming e-mail, please remember to add rootsworld.com and cdroots.com to your "good mail" list, as I will not be able to answer you if you can't receive my mail, and I will not go to some web site link to beg you to accept it. Do this BEFORE you write me a note or place an order.
My postal address:
cdRoots
Box 1285
New Haven CT 06505
My phone number: 203 624-6423. This will be answered during normal weekday business hours, or you can leave a message only for dealing with timely problems concerning missing orders or credit card billing issues. I cannot take orders via the phone, I cannot offer purchasing advice, nor will I talk to artists or labels about their recordings on the phone. This is strictly a courtesy phone number for current customer service.
In most cases, you will have a much quicker response if you get in touch via e-mail.
I wish I could sit and chat with you on the phone, but it is simply impossible. Please do not call to simply ask about the music. I am here alone and just cannot accomadate you. E-mail me your questions and you will get a quick response.
Thanks,
Cliff Furnald

Please note!
Most CDs have been
imported from Europe or Asia.
They are not all
shrink-wrapped, and I am not
going to con you by wrapping them
here just to make you think they
have been sterilized in America.
We guarantee that the CD and the
contents are all brand new and in
perfect condition. Whenever I
can, I use recycled shipping
materials. They may not look as
pretty on the outside, but they save
money and keep the trash dumps a
little bit emptier.
