More info: On the small Sicilian island of Favignana there is a Café where foreigners, emigrants, immigrants, pilgrims and travellers come and sit down to refresh themselves before to continuing their trip towards other destinations. For some of them the Café is the ideal place to hear or tell new stories. This is the preamble to the new album by Milagro Acustico entitled "I Storie O Café Di Lu Furestiero Novo". The album is inspired by the stories collected in the book of the same title, published in 2005 by Edizioni Interculturali and written by Bob Salmieri, the founder of Milagro Acustico. Numerous Italian and international musicians collaborated in the making of the album, which was recorded in Rome and Istanbul, together with local musicians. The names of the artists involved includes: Nour Eddine, Pape Kanouté, Jamal Ouassini, Abdalla Mohamed, Pachi Kalipada Adikary, Burak Aziz, Volkan Gucer, Gunay Celik, etc. The same stories also inspired a previous version of the album that was released in 2002 in the USA by Tinder Records, representing Milagro Acustico’s musical debut. The album was warmly received by international critics and foreign audiences.

Please note!
Most CDs have been
imported from Europe or Asia.
They are not all
shrink-wrapped, and I am not
going to con you by wrapping them
here just to make you think they
have been sterilized in America.
We guarantee that the CDs and the
contents are all brand new and in
perfect condition. Whenever I
can, I use recycled shipping
materials. They may not look as
pretty on the outside, but they save
money and keep the trash dumps a
little bit emptier.
