The folk music group Nåra recorded their first CD on Caprice Records a few years ago. Now it is time for a follow-up: this CD is entitled OM and its repertoire is a little different. It is about love and life; timeless. In Nåra´s own way.

Gunnel Mauritzson is from Gotland and presently resides in Stockholm. She is one of Sweden´s most prominent folk singers, with a background in both jazz and folk music. Gunnel has her own band, GMB, and is an instructor in Swedish folk song.

Björn Ståbi was born in Stockholm and achieved nationwide renown for his fiddle playing when he lived in Dalecarlia. He now resides in Hälsingland. He is a living legend in the Swedish folk music movement. Bengan Janson is indeed an all-round artist on the accordion, and has played with most of the foremost artists, including Anne Sofie von Otter, Åsa Jinder, Kalle Moraeus, Allmäna Sången, Östen med Resten and many more.
