Nåra is Gunnel Mauritzson, Björn Ståbi, Bengan Janson, an ensemble which got together in the autumn of 1997. These three musicians have created distinctive images for themselves over the years in their different fields. Together, they have found a new mutual path that compliments each musician's strengths. Their music is rooted in Swedish folk music, and performed in a very personal way and with great warmth. This is their first CD as a group.
